Returns and Exchanges
Full Priced Returns
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, allowing all full priced purchases to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
Once your return has been confirmed you then have 4 business days to return the item(s) to us (not including postage times)
All items must be returned in a full sellable condition, unworn, in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage fees to return items.
Pre-Sale items
When you place a pre-order, you will need to pay the full amount up front.
Shipping is complimentary, and you are free to change your shipping address as you need.
You may cancel your pre-order and recieve a full refund up to 4 weeks after your order was placed. Beyond this, edie collective reserves the right to refuse a refund request.

Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange for another style or size, you will have to return the original item and we will share a store credit to purchase the new item of your choice once the original purchase has been received by edie collective.
Sale Items
All sale purchases can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in a full sellable condition, unworn, in the original packaging. We ask that customers pay return postage on sale items.
Additional
Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags and dust bag.
We kindly ask that all shoes be tried on a soft, carpeted surface, as shoes with scuffed soles or worn interiors are not accepted.
All returning purchases will be processed at edie collective's discretion.
